Do I need a referral?
No, unless you have Kaiser Permanente (OHP) or Kaiser Permanente Medicare Advantage. Everyone else can book with us directly.
Do I have to be adjusted?
No. You’ll never be adjusted without your consent. We match care to your comfort level, with gentle low-force options and other therapies if adjustments aren’t right for you.
What happens at my first visit?
We go over your health history, talk through your goals, and do a physical exam. If it’s appropriate, treatment can start the same day. You’ll have time to ask questions at every step.
Is chiropractic care safe?
Serious complications are rare, especially with a licensed chiropractor who does a thorough assessment first. Like any treatment, you may feel mild, temporary soreness.
Is chiropractic safe during pregnancy?
Yes. We use gentle, pregnancy-specific techniques and positioning to ease back pain, sciatica and pelvic tension. More on pregnancy care.
Do you treat car accident injuries?
Yes, including whiplash, back pain and joint injuries. We accept auto accident insurance and work with attorneys on documentation. More on car accident care.
What is chiropractic?
A non-invasive, evidence-based healthcare profession focused on the spine, muscles, joints and nervous system. Chiropractors complete 6–8 years of post-secondary education and treat many conditions without medication or surgery.
